About Ludbrook Property

Ludbrook Property Management Services is owned and run by Elaine Eaton, with assistance from her husband Bill. In 2001 they bought the first of their current portfolio of properties in the Plymouth area and the letting and management business had its origins when they purchased their second property a few months later. Being dissatisfied by the services offered by the agents managing the first property, Elaine took on the management of both properties herself. Early in 2002 Elaine was asked to manage a friend’s property and the business took off from there.

Most of our clients from the early days are still with us, and they have been joined by many others who have arrived and not departed. Most new clients are recommended to us by existing clients and by the other professionals we deal with.

We have extensive experience in all aspects of property letting and management, including refurbishment projects. Our portfolio of properties under management covers all sizes and types ranging from studio flats to five bedroom houses to Houses of Multiple Occupancy and block management. We also act as Company Secretary for private residential management companies.
